How to change / modify password on windows xp

Since there are many beginners who do not know all the secrets of the operating system (Windows XP), I will present some hidden settings and some tips.

If a User Account on your computer has a password that you do not know, you can change very easily. All you have to do is to log in with a user with administrator privileges type, to click Start, Run, typing cmd and hit enter. The console device will be writing net users. On display will show a list of all existing users on this computer.

To change the password of a user and the user will have to write down names on a sheet and write: net user username *, for example: net user * Adrian. A new password will be required. If after entering the new password will be displayed: The command completed successfully, the password was changed successfully.

Another method for changing or removing the password is most likely a security hole through which any user can change the password to access password protected accounts, it just takes a bootable CD with Windows XP.The process is simple, you have to boot using the Windows XP CD, select Repair, after running the repair process reboot. When the process progress bar Installing Devices appears have to press SHIFT + F10.In the console enter nusrmgr.cpl at this point you have access to all the graphic user accounts. Unfortunately you can not see the old password but you have the possibility to remove the password.

If you do not to change the old password but you still want to come in Windows enter in console control userpasswords2 and you can log on without having to enter your password.

IMPORTANT! You must complete the repair process because this procedure can not work otherwise.
